FAQ Friday #5 - Is there a product I can put inside my inflatable to help with tiny leaks?

FAQ Friday #5 - Is there a product I can put inside my inflatable to help with tiny leaks?

Yes! SealSkin is a great product which can be poured through the valves of an inflatable and dries to form an acrylic layer. Larger leaks should be patched, but SealSkin is great for tiny leaks and fabric that is becoming porous.
For smaller inflatables, tumble the item about, but for a RIB or large SIB, take it for a trailer ride to allow the liquid SealSkin to slosh about and 'find' the hole.
