If your current boat cover is in need of being replaced, and fits well, we can supply a brand new cover using your old cover as a template, without the boat having to come to us for templating.

• Made from WeatherMAX 80
• Ultraviolet blockage: WeatherMAX 80 has over 99% UVA & UVB blockage
• Ultraviolet Protection Factor: WeatherMAX 80 has a 50+ UPF rating
• Wide range of colours to choose from - we would suggest avoiding Scarlet and True Red as it's a more expensive option and it has a shorter fabric warranty than the other colours.
• Robust - your new cover will be made to be strong and last. Areas of significant wear on your old cover will be fitted with reinforcement even if they weren't reinforced previously.
• Replica of your current cover - this means if your current cover fits well, your new cover will fit well too. Unfortunately, if your current cover does not fit well, then your new cover also won't fit well.

How it works...

• You provide us with the following details
• Boat model/length
• Boat cover fabric length (at the longest point so fabric usage can be calculated)
• Boat cover fabric width (at the widest point so fabric usage can be calculated)
• How does the cover attach to the boat/trailer? ie fitting type and number of fittings.
• Are there are cut outs around items such as the engine, A-frame, bow roller
• Are there are zips? If yes, please provide details including approximate length and location.
• Is there any velcro on the cover?
• What straps are there? Please provide details.
• Colour choice
• Some photos would also be great!
• An estimate is provided based on the details received.
• Once the estimate is accepted and the cover has been delivered to us, the cover will be assessed and a quote, with payment link emailed to you.
• The new cover is made in your colour choice.
• The new cover is ready for collection / sent to you.

NB - These are made to order items with a variable lead time, which may be up to 6 weeks from receipt of cover and completed order.
